15 ml refined oil
15 grams finely chopped garlic
15 grams finely chopped ginger
130 grams finely chopped onions
70 grams finely chopped bell peppers (capsicum)
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams chili sauce (adjust to taste)
15 grams tomato ketchup
5 grams sugar
250 grams vegetable broth or water
15 grams cornflour mixed with 30 gramss water (for slurry)
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped spring onions for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare Vegetable Balls:**
In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped vegetables, all-purpose flour, cornflour, soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper.
Mix well to form a dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a little water.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Fry the vegetable balls until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. **Prepare Manchurian Sauce:**
In a wok or pan, heat 15 grams of oil.
Add finely chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add finely chopped onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly tender.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour in vegetable broth or water. Allow the mixture to come to a simmer.
