200 grams noodles (preferably Hakka noodles)
250 grams mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, and beans), julienned
1 large onion, thinly sliced
70 grams spring onions, chopped
30 gramss Schezwan sauce
15 grams soy sauce
15 grams vegetable oil
15 grams garlic, minced
15 grams ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or a large pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
4. Add sliced onions and julienned mixed vegetables to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
5. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok, creating a space in the center. Pour a little more oil if needed.
