4-5 cloves garlic, minced

30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams chili sauce
15 grams tomato ketchup
15 grams vinegar
5 grams sugar
6 grams cornstarch, dissolved in 30 gramss water
15 grams Salt
30 gramss vegetable oil
