1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
2-3 tablespoons green curry paste
15 grams vegetable oil
15 grams soy sauce
15 grams sugar
1 lime, juiced
Fresh basil leaves for garnish
For Rice:
250 grams basmati rice
500 grams water
15 grams Salt
Instructions:
1. **Prepare Rice:**
Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and a pinch of salt.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1520 minutes or until the rice is cooked and water is absorbed.
