200g of Hakka Noodles
250 grams mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, beans), julienned
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 spring onions, chopped
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams chili sauce (adjust to taste)
15 grams tomato ketchup
15 grams vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 inch ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
30 gramss refined oil
