For Marinade:
250 grams paneer, cut into cubes
250 grams bell peppers (red, green, yellow), cut into chunks
250 grams cherry tomatoes
250 grams red onion, cut into chunks
70 grams curd (Dahi)
15 grams ginger garlic paste
6 grams red chili powder
10 grams turmeric powder
6 grams garam masala
100 grams Lemon (Neembu)
Salt and pepper to taste
For Shashlik Skewers:
Wooden or metal skewers (pre-soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:
1. **Marinating Paneer and Vegetables:**
In a bowl, mix Curd (Dahi), ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion to the marinade. Coat them well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. **Assembling Skewers:**
Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
3. **Grilling or Cooking:**
Grill the skewers on a barbecue or in an oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 1520 minutes or until the paneer and vegetables are cooked and have a nice char.
4. **Basting (Optional):**
You can baste the skewers with a little oil or butter during grilling for added flavor.
5. **Serve:**
