4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips or wedges
250 grams corn flour
Oil for deep frying
30 ml refined oil (for stir-frying)
15 grams finely chopped garlic
15 grams finely chopped ginger
250 grams thinly sliced bell peppers (mix of red, green, and yellow)
2-3 green chilies, sliced
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams red chili sauce
15 grams tomato ketchup
15 grams vinegar
15 grams sugar
15 grams Salt
2 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

In a bowl, coat the potato strips with corn flour, ensuring they are well coated. Shake off any excess flour.
