500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
250 grams hung curd
30 gramss ginger garlic paste
30 gramss roasted gram flour (besan)
10 grams red chili powder
10 grams turmeric powder
6 grams garam masala
6 grams ground coriander
6 grams cumin powder
100 grams Lemon (Neembu)
15 grams Salt
30 gramss vegetable oil
Skewers for grilling
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine Curd (Dahi), ginger garlic paste, roasted gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ground coriander, cumin powder, lemon juice, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. For better flavor, you can marinate it overnight.
3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 1520 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice char on the outside.
6. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill.
7. Serve the Peshawari Chicken Kebabs hot with naan, rice, or your favorite chutney.
