500 grams mutton keema (minced mutton)
2 large onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
30 gramss ginger garlic paste
2 green chilies, finely chopped
10 grams turmeric powder
10 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
10 grams coriander powder
6 grams cumin powder
5 grams garam masala
15 grams Salt
3 tablespoons refined oil
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. **Sautéing Aromatics:**
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté until the raw smell disappears.
