500 grams button mushrooms, cleaned and finely chopped
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
130 grams breadcrumbs
70 grams finely chopped onions
70 grams finely chopped coriander leaves
6 grams ginger, grated
6 grams cumin powder
6 grams coriander powder
5 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
15 grams Salt
15 grams olive oil or any refined oil

Instructions:
1. **Preparation:**
Clean and finely chop the mushrooms.
Mince the garlic cloves.
Finely chop onions and coriander leaves.
2. **Cooking Mushrooms:**
Heat 15 grams of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Add finely chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.
Add chopped mushrooms, grated ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mushrooms release their moisture and become tender. Allow any excess moisture to evaporate.
3. **Mixing Ingredients:**
Remove the mushroom mixture from heat and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked mushroom mixture with breadcrumbs and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well until it forms a dough-like consistency.
4. **Forming Kebabs:**
Preheat your grill or oven.
