130 grams carrots, finely diced
130 grams peas (fresh or frozen)
130 grams bell peppers (any color), finely diced
2 spring onions, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
15 grams soy sauce
15 grams oyster sauce (optional)
6 grams sesame oil
30 gramss vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten (optional)
Fresh coriander or green onions for garnish
