500 grams mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 capsicum (bell pepper), sliced (optional)
30 ml refined oil or ghee
6 grams cumin seeds
15 grams ginger garlic paste
10 grams turmeric powder
6 grams red chili powder
6 grams coriander powder
6 grams garam masala
Salt, to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. **Sautéing Vegetables:**
Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add thinly sliced onions and sauté until they become golden brown.
2. **Adding Spices:**
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. **Cooking Mushrooms:**
Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden brown.
4. **Tomatoes and Capsicum:**
Add chopped tomatoes and sliced capsicum (if using). Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the oil starts to separate.

4 grams salt
30 gramss Curd (Dahi)
30 ml refined oil
3/4 cup warm milk

3. Gradually add warm milk to form a soft dough.
