Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Dough:**
In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and a pinch of salt.
Gradually add water and knead to form a soft and smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for about 1520 minutes.
2. **Prepare the Filling:**
In a small bowl, mix chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt. Set aside.
3. **Assemble the Paratha:**
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small ball.
Take a ball of dough, flatten it with your palms, and roll it into a small disc.
Place a portion of the green chili filling in the center of the disc.
4. **Seal and Roll:**
Bring the edges of the dough together to seal the filling inside and reshape it into a ball.
Roll out the stuffed ball into a flat and round paratha using a rolling pin.
5. **Cook the Paratha:**
Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat.
Place the rolled paratha on the hot griddle and cook until small bubbles appear on the surface.
6. **Flip and Cook:**
Flip the paratha and apply ghee or oil on the cooked side. Press gently with a spatula.
Flip again and apply ghee or oil on the other side. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
7. **Repeat:**
Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.
8. **Serve:**
Serve Mirchi Paratha hot with Curd (Dahi), pickle, or any side dish of your choice.
