250 grams tomatoes, finely chopped
130 grams mixed bell peppers, diced
130 grams paneer (optional), cubed
30 ml refined oil or ghee
6 grams cumin seeds
15 grams ginger garlic paste
10 grams turmeric powder
6 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
6 grams coriander powder
5 grams garam masala
15 grams Salt
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. **Saute Vegetables:**
Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
