:
500 grams all-purpose flour
5 grams sugar
5 grams baking powder
4 grams baking soda
70 grams curd (Dahi)
30 ml refined oil
130 grams warm milk
15 grams Salt
Butter for brushing (optional)
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Dough:**
In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Add Curd (Dahi) and oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Gradually add warm milk to form a soft dough. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 2 hours.
2. **Roll and Cook:**
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Roll out each ball into a naan shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled naan on the hot surface.
3. **Cook Naan:**
Cook until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip the naan and cook the other side.
If you have a gas stove, you can also place the naan directly over the flame for a few seconds to get a slight char.
4. **Brush with Butter and Garnish:**
Optionally, brush the cooked naan with butter for added flavor.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
Now, you can serve your homemade Kadhai Mushroom with these freshly made naans for a delightful "Kadhai Mushroom Naantasy" experience. Enjoy your meal!
