1 onion, thinly sliced
70 grams bell peppers (capsicum), thinly sliced
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams red chili sauce
15 grams tomato ketchup
15 grams vinegar
5 grams sugar
15 grams Salt
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. **Marinate the Chicken:**
In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, Curd (Dahi), cornflour, and egg. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. **Deep Fry the Chicken:**
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the marinated chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove excess oil by placing them on a paper towel.
3. **Prepare Majestic Sauce:**
In another pan, heat vegetable oil. Add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until aromatic.
Add thinly sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are softened.
4. **Make the Sauce:**
Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and salt to the pan. Mix well and let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. **Combine Chicken with Sauce:**
Add the fried chicken pieces to the majestic sauce. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated with the sauce.
6. **Garnish and Serve:**
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
