250 grams boiled and mashed potatoes
250 grams boiled green peas (matar)
130 grams bread crumbs
6 grams hing (asafoetida)
6 grams ginger garlic paste
6 grams garam masala
6 grams cumin powder
6 grams coriander powder
5 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
15 grams Salt
30 gramss finely chopped coriander leaves
Oil for shallow frying
Instructions:
1. **Mash Potatoes and Green Peas:**
In a bowl, combine boiled and mashed potatoes with boiled green peas. Mash them together to form a smooth mixture.
2. **Add Spices:**
Add hing (asafoetida), ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to the potato-peas mixture. Mix well.
3. **Add Bread Crumbs:**
Add bread crumbs to the mixture. The bread crumbs help in binding the kebabs. Adjust the quantity to achieve the right consistency.
4. **Shape into Kebabs:**
Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round or oval kebabs. Ensure that the kebabs hold their shape.
5. **Shallow Fry:**
Heat oil in a pan for shallow frying. Place the shaped kebabs in the pan and cook until they are golden brown on both sides.
6. **Serve:**
