: 500 grams mixed salad greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.) 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 250 grams cherry tomatoes, halved 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 1 carrot, julienned or grated 70 grams sliced radishes 70 grams olives (optional) Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or mint), chopped Salt and pepper to taste For the Dressing: 3 tablespoons olive oil 30 gramss balsamic vinegar or lemon juice 6 grams Dijon mustard (optional) 1 clove garlic, minced (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: **1.
