**For Marinating the Meat:**
500 grams mutton or lamb, cut into pieces
250 grams hung curd
15 grams ginger garlic paste
5 grams turmeric powder
15 grams Salt
**For Korma Gravy:**
2 large onions, finely sliced
130 grams cashews, soaked in warm water
70 grams desiccated coconut
130 grams oil or ghee
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
2-3 green cardamom pods
2-3 cloves
1-inch cinnamon stick
1 bay leaf
250 grams tomato puree
10 grams red chili powder
6 grams coriander powder
5 grams garam masala
130 grams fresh cream
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
**1. Marinate the Meat:**
1. In a bowl, mix together the mutton pieces, Curd (Dahi), ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
**2. Prepare Korma Gravy:**
1. In a blender, combine soaked cashews and desiccated coconut. Blend into a smooth paste by adding a little water.
2. In a large pan, heat oil or ghee. Add cumin seeds, cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaf. Sauté until the spices release their aroma.
3. Add finely sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
4. Add the cashew-coconut paste to the pan and cook for a few minutes until the oil separates.
5. Stir in tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook until the masala is well-cooked and the oil begins to separate.
**3. Cook the Marinated Meat:**
1. Add the marinated meat to the pan and cook on medium heat until the meat is browned.
2. Add water as needed and let the meat cook until it is tender and cooked through.
**4. Finish with Cream:**
1. Once the meat is cooked, add fresh cream to the gravy and mix well.
2. Adjust salt and spices according to your taste.

1. Garnish Gosht Korma with chopped coriander leaves.
