500 grams minced mutton
1 large onion, finely chopped
30 gramss ginger garlic paste
30 gramss besan (gram flour)
20 grams garam masala
10 grams coriander powder
6 grams cumin powder
6 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
15 grams Salt
30 gramss chopped fresh coriander leaves
30 gramss chopped mint leaves
30 ml refined oil (for basting)

**For Gilaf (Covering):**
Colorful bell peppers (red, green, yellow), thinly sliced
Onions, thinly sliced
Instructions:
**1. Prepare the Mutton Seekh Kebab:**
1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced mutton, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, besan, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, fresh coriander leaves, and mint leaves.
2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to form a well-combined mixture.
