200 grams Hakka noodles
3 eggs, beaten
250 grams mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, and beans), julienned
1 onion, thinly sliced
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams vinegar
15 grams chili sauce (adjust to taste)
30 gramss refined oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish (optional)
Spring onions, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
**1. Cook Hakka Noodles:**
1. Boil Hakka noodles in a large pot of water with a pinch of salt as per the package instructions. Cook until they are al dente.
