500 grams cooked and cooled rice (preferably leftover rice)
2 eggs, beaten
250 grams mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, and diced bell peppers)
3 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams oyster sauce (optional)
6 grams sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
30 gramss refined oil (vegetable or sesame oil)
Instructions:
**1. Prepare Ingredients:**
1. Cook the rice in advance and let it cool. Leftover rice works best for fried rice.
2. Chop the mixed vegetables, green onions, and garlic.
**2. Scramble Eggs:**
1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of oil.
2. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble them. Cook until just set. Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan and set aside.
