For Chicken Marinade:
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
15 grams soy sauce
15 grams ginger garlic paste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
For Coating:
Cornflour for coating the chicken
For Sauce:
30 ml refined oil
15 grams finely chopped garlic
15 grams finely chopped ginger
2 green chilies, slit
70 grams spring onions, chopped
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams red chili sauce
15 grams tomato ketchup
15 grams vinegar
15 grams sugar
15 grams Salt
Instructions:
**1. Marinate Chicken:**
1. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, and beaten egg.
2. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with cornflour.
3. Deep fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
**2. Prepare Sauce:**
1. In a wok or pan, heat oil.
2. Add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
3. Add chopped spring onions and sauté for another minute.
4. Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
**3. Toss Chicken in Sauce:**
1. Add the fried chicken to the sauce. Toss well until the chicken is coated evenly with the sauce.
2. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
**4. Garnish and Serve:**
1. Garnish with additional spring onions.
2. Serve hot as an appetizer or with steamed rice or noodles.
