**For Marinating Chicken:**
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams ginger garlic paste
6 grams red chili powder
6 grams black pepper powder
15 grams Salt
1 egg
130 grams cornstarch
**For Frying Chicken:**
Oil for deep frying
**For Honey Chilli Sauce:**
30 ml refined oil
15 grams minced garlic
15 grams minced ginger
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
130 grams bell peppers (any color), diced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
30 gramss tomato ketchup
30 gramss red chili sauce
30 gramss honey
15 grams vinegar
15 grams Salt
15 grams cornstarch mixed with 30 gramss water (for slurry)
**For Garnish:**
Sesame seeds (optional)
Spring onions, chopped
Instructions:
**1. Marinate Chicken:**
1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, and egg. Mix well.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. After marinating, coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch until they are well-covered.
**2. Fry Chicken:**
1. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
2. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
**3. Prepare Honey Chilli Sauce:**
1. In a separate pan, heat oil. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for about 30 seconds.
2. Add diced bell peppers and stir-fry until they are slightly tender but still crisp.
3. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, honey, vinegar, and salt. Mix well.
4. Pour the cornstarch slurry into the sauce and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
**4. Coat Chicken in Sauce:**
1. Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce. Toss and coat the chicken evenly in the honey chili sauce.
**5. Garnish and Serve:**
1. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.
