250 grams boiled sweet corn kernels
250 grams fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped
250 grams boiled and mashed potatoes
130 grams breadcrumbs
70 grams finely chopped onions
70 grams finely chopped coriander leaves
6 grams ginger garlic paste
6 grams garam masala
6 grams cumin powder
6 grams chaat masala
15 grams Salt
30 ml refined oil for cooking
Instructions:
**1. Prepare the Mixture:**
1. In a mixing bowl, combine boiled sweet corn kernels, mashed potatoes, chopped fresh fenugreek leaves, finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, breadcrumbs, and coriander leaves.
2. Add garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, and 15 grams Salt.
3. Mix all the ingredients well to form a uniform mixture.
**2. Shape the Kebabs:**
1. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a round or oval kebab.
2. Repeat the process until all the mixture is used.
**3. Cook the Kebabs:**
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Place the shaped kebabs on the pan and cook until they are golden brown and crisp on both sides.
3. You can also bake the kebabs in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 2025 minutes or until they are cooked through and have a nice crust.
