**For Marination:**
500 grams boneless chicken, cut into cubes
250 grams hung curd
15 grams ginger garlic paste
6 grams red chili powder
10 grams turmeric powder
15 grams Salt
**For Gravy:**
30 gramss vegetable oil
2 onions, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
15 grams tomato paste (optional)
15 grams butter
15 grams ginger garlic paste
6 grams cumin powder
6 grams coriander powder
6 grams garam masala
6 grams red chili powder
15 grams Salt
130 grams heavy cream
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
**Marinate Chicken:**
1. In a bowl, mix Curd (Dahi), ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
**Cook Chicken:**
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Add marinated chicken and cook until it's browned and cooked through. Set aside.
**Prepare Gravy:**
1. In the same pan, add 30 gramss of oil and butter.
2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add tomato puree, tomato paste (if using), cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the oil starts to separate from the masala.
5. Add the cooked chicken to the gravy and mix well.
6. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the flavors meld together.
**Garnish and Serve:**
1. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
2. Serve the Chicken Lababdaar hot with your choice of Naan.
Serving with Naan:
1. You can either prepare store-bought Naan as per the package instructions or make them at home.
