15 grams minced garlic
15 grams minced ginger
2-3 green chilies, sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper (any color), thinly sliced

Instructions:
**Prepare Batter and Fry Cauliflower:**
1. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Add water gradually to form a smooth, lump-free batter.
