**For Chilli Chicken:**
500 grams boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams chili sauce
15 grams ginger garlic paste
Salt and black pepper to taste
15 grams cornstarch
30 gramss vegetable oil
**For the Sauce:**
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams chili sauce
15 grams tomato ketchup
15 grams vinegar
15 grams cornstarch mixed with 30 gramss water (cornstarch slurry)
**For the Meal Bowl:**
Cooked rice or noodles
Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, onions, broccoli, carrots, etc.)

Instructions:
**Prepare Chilli Chicken:**
1. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or a large pan over medium-high heat.
