200 grams egg noodles
300 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams oyster sauce
15 grams hoisin sauce
15 grams sesame oil
30 gramss vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece of ginger, grated
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
250 grams broccoli florets
2 green onions, sliced
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. **Cook Egg Noodles:**
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. **Marinate Chicken:**
In a bowl, mix sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 1520 minutes.
3. **Stir-Fry Chicken:**
Heat 15 grams of vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
Add marinated chicken slices and stir-fry until they are fully cooked and slightly browned. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
4. **Stir-Fry Vegetables:**
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add julienned red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
5. **Combine Chicken and Noodles:**
Add the cooked chicken back to the pan with the vegetables.
6. **Add Noodles and Sauces:**
Add the cooked egg noodles to the pan.
Pour in hoisin sauce and toss everything together until well combined.
7. **Season and Garnish:**
Season the stir-fry with salt and black pepper to taste.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds (optional).
8. **Serve Hot:**

Note:
You can add more vegetables or customize the types of vegetables based on your preference.
