30 gramss red curry paste
1 can (400ml) coconut milk
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
250 grams broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
15 grams fish sauce
15 grams soy sauce
15 grams brown sugar
1 lime, juiced
Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
Thai basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Red chili slices for garnish (optional)

**For Rice:**

500 grams jasmine rice
Water for cooking rice

 Instructions:
