**For Ra Ra Chicken:**
500 grams boneless chicken, cooked and shredded
30 ml refined oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
15 grams ginger garlic paste
2 tomatoes, pureed
125 grams curd (Dahi)
15 grams Ra Ra masala (available at Indian grocery stores) or a mix of garam masala and chaat masala
6 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
10 grams turmeric powder
6 grams cumin powder
15 grams Salt
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
**For Naans:**
500 grams all-purpose flour
6 grams baking powder
5 grams baking soda
125 grams curd (Dahi)
15 ml refined oil
5 grams sugar
Water (as needed)
Butter for brushing (optional)
Instructions:
**For Ra Ra Chicken:**
1. In a pan, heat oil. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
3. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
4. Add shredded chicken to the pan and mix well.
5. In a bowl, whisk Curd (Dahi) and add it to the chicken mixture. Stir continuously to avoid curdling.
6. Add Ra Ra masala (or garam masala and chaat masala), red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and let it simmer until the chicken is coated in the masala.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
**For Naans:**
1. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, Curd (Dahi), and oil.
2. Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours.
3. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat disc.
4. Cook on a hot griddle or tawa until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
5. Brush the naans with butter for added flavor (optional).
**Serve:**
Serve the hot and flavorful Chicken Ra Ra with the soft and fluffy naans.
Note:
Adjust the spice levels in both the Chicken Ra Ra and naans according to your preference.
