**For Chicken Lollipops:**
10 chicken wings
250 grams all-purpose flour (for coating)
Oil for deep frying
**For Marinade:**
30 gramss ginger garlic paste
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams red chili sauce
15 grams tomato ketchup
6 grams garam masala
6 grams black pepper powder
15 grams Salt
**For Sauce:**
30 ml refined oil
15 grams ginger garlic paste
2 green chilies, finely chopped
70 grams spring onions, chopped
30 gramss soy sauce
15 grams red chili sauce
15 grams tomato ketchup
15 grams vinegar
15 grams brown sugar
15 grams Salt
15 grams sesame seeds (for garnish)
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
**Prepare Chicken Lollipops:**
1. Cut the chicken wings into lollipop shapes by scraping the meat downwards to expose the bone.
2. Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Coat the chicken lollipops with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pan. Dredge the marinated chicken lollipops in all-purpose flour and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
**Prepare Sauce:**
1. In a separate pan, heat oil. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
2. Add chopped spring onions and cook until they are tender.
3. Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.
4. Toss the fried chicken lollipops in the sauce, ensuring they are well-coated.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander leaves.
6. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.

Adjust the spice levels in the sauce according to your preference.
