30 gramss oyster sauce
15 grams hoisin sauce
15 grams rice vinegar
15 grams chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
15 grams sugar
6 grams cornstarch mixed with 30 gramss water (slurry)

30 gramss vegetable oil
15 grams ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
250 grams mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snow peas, etc.)

Instructions:
