**For Chicken Handi:**
500 grams chicken, curry-cut
250 grams curd (Dahi)
1 large onion, finely sliced
2 tomatoes, pureed
70 grams oil or ghee
15 grams ginger garlic paste
10 grams turmeric powder
6 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
6 grams garam masala
6 grams coriander powder
5 grams cumin powder
130 grams fresh cream
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
15 grams Salt
**For Naan:**
500 grams all-purpose flour
6 grams baking powder
5 grams baking soda
125 grams curd (Dahi)
15 ml refined oil
5 grams sugar
Water (as needed)
Butter for brushing (optional)
Instructions:
**For Chicken Handi:**
1. **Marinate Chicken:**
In a bowl, mix chicken with Curd (Dahi), ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. **Sauté Onions:**
Heat oil or ghee in a handi or deep pan. Add finely sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. **Cook Chicken:**
Add the marinated chicken to the handi. Cook until the chicken is browned.
4. **Add Tomatoes and Cream:**
Add pureed tomatoes to the chicken. Cook until the oil separates.
Pour in fresh cream and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
5. **Garnish and Serve:**
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

**For Naan:**
1. **Prepare the Dough:**
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, Curd (Dahi), and oil.
Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 2 hours.
2. **Roll and Cook:**
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into a flat disc.
Cook on a hot griddle or tawa until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
3. **Brush with Butter (Optional):**
Brush the naans with butter for added flavor (optional).
4. **Serve:**
Serve Chicken Handi hot with freshly made naans.
