250 grams cooked and cooled jasmine or basmati rice (preferably day-old rice)
200 grams boneless chicken, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce
15 grams oyster sauce
15 grams chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste)
30 gramss vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
130 grams peas (fresh or frozen)
2 eggs, beaten
