2 medium-sized beetroots, peeled and grated
250 grams boiled and mashed potatoes
130 grams breadcrumbs
70 grams finely chopped onions
70 grams finely chopped coriander leaves
30 gramss gram flour (besan)
15 grams ginger garlic paste
6 grams garam masala
6 grams cumin powder
6 grams coriander powder
5 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
15 grams Salt
Oil for shallow frying
Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Beetroot Mixture:**
In a large mixing bowl, combine grated beetroot, boiled and mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, gram flour, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
