130 grams hung curd
30 ml mustard oil
30 gramss ginger garlic paste
20 grams garam masala
10 grams coriander powder
10 grams red chili powder (adjust to taste)
10 grams turmeric powder
6 grams cumin powder
6 grams black pepper powder
15 grams Salt
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Clean and pat dry the lamb chops.
2. In a bowl, mix Curd (Dahi), mustard oil, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and salt to create the marinade.
