Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine Curd (Dahi), ginger garlic paste, ajwain, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil to create the marinade.
2. Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring that each piece is well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers.
5. Brush the paneer cubes with oil.
6. Grill the paneer skewers for about 1015 minutes, turning occasionally, until the paneer is golden brown and has a nice smoky flavor. Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 1520 minutes.
7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
